Differentiation:

Niche specialization:

·      A hybrid car such as Honda Fit, Toyota Prius, or Nissan Leaf. These products focus on a niche market for environmental products.

·      Starbucks brews coffee and provides a coffee drinking environment that focus on attracting specialized customers.
